In February and March of 2019, firefighters completed annual ground ladder testing.

On 6 July 2015, ESFD members established a landing zone behind the B Street Engine House and landed a helicopter and crew from ARCH Air Medical Services. ARCH is the primary provider of rapid air evacuation in St Clair County, and regular joint trainings ensure our agencies can seamlessly work together.
